ahhh! So these are five major characters from my manuscript! a couple of you guys have expressed and interest in them but its a little difficult for me to interpret them in my limited art style—still I was intrigued by the challenge so here we are!
left to right:
Valentine Porfirio (pompadour guy), an aristocrat, the only son of the Grand Dame di Porfirio. He comes off as a bit rude and full of himself. Was kicked out of quite a few Academios (magical schools) and reputedly killed his own uncle.
Miralise Livio, the main character of the series. She is the determined type although her efforts usually land her in more trouble (a-ah i suppose that seems typical…) She has some aristocratic lineage but she doesn’t like to admit it.
Azuphereon, not the primary antagonist but he certainly gets things moving along. The majority of the series he’s actually bodiless, usually possessing a beetle. Miralise becomes indebted to him and if she doesn’t get him a body in two years, he gets hers by default.
Cornelius Lovat (goes by Kai), he’s Valentine’s assigned partner and lives in a dusty old museum. Doesn’t care for Valentine but he might have a soft spot for Miralise.
Belzef, known as the Black Cat, as in—you don’t want to be crossing his path. He’s definitely not human. Seems to enjoy smoking hookah and terrorizing young magicians.
